- Home loan Full Doc option interest rates starting from 6.29% p.a.2 (6.47% p.a. comparison rate3).
- Home loan Alt Doc option interest rates starting from 6.79% p.a.2 (6.97% p.a. comparison rate3).

Universal 2% serviceability buffer
Offer clients a fresh start with a reduced serviceability buffer of 2% on all home loan options.
Real Life Refinance Policy grows
We’re also extending our 1% serviceability buffer across Prime and Non-Conforming home loan options for the following scenarios:
- Investment purchases
- Home loan refinance or debt consolidation (with cash out limited to $20k)
- Fixed interest rate home loans
Only available up to 80% LVR. Clients must also have a minimum Equifax credit score of 700, no RHI >0 on any debts, no default listings in the past 12 months and no unpaid defaults.
Missed or late repayments?
Unsecured debts with an RHI 1 reported will now be considered for the Near Prime Clear home loan option.
