Resi have several options available to customers who are experiencing hardship or are unable to meet their loan repayments.

Can I make extra repayments into my home loan?
Extra repayments can be made on the principal balance of your loan. You can simply set up an additional direct debit or use electronic transfer directly into your home loan on the amount you wish to transfer. To find out more please contact our Service team on 1800 754 758.
How do I find out if I have available funds to redraw?
Your available funds in redraw can be found by checking your account via internet banking or alternatively call the service team on 1800 754 758
Can I get an increase on my loan?
Yes, due consideration can be given to a loan increase. If you have a Resi home loan and you're looking to borrow more, you may be eligible to apply for an increase. Whether or not you will be approved depends on several different factors including your income, repayment history and the value of your security property.
