RESI has been providing customised loan solutions to under-served Australians since 1989. After thirty years and an ever-expanding base of happy mortgage customers, we’ve emerged as one of Australia’s most trusted and reliable non-bank lenders. How? Because we rely on human logic and relationships to ensure that you can access a loan solution that suits your individual circumstances.
Service. Solutions. Satisfaction…In that order
Borrowers come in all shapes and sizes, and that means the usual tick-the-box mentality of major lenders simply doesn’t fly any more. Being a trustworthy Non-Bank Alternative frees us up to focus on service and solutions that leave you satisfied.
Our mission is to make home ownership achievable for all Australians, but we knew this wouldn’t be possible without better understanding you and your journey.
We recognise that borrowers want two things on their home loan journey: simplicity and choice.
At Resi, we provide outside of the box solutions, fast turn around times and a genuine interest in your backstory, all of which enables us to provide you with genuine home loan options, instead of the dreaded ‘NO’.
What does Resi do?
Resi is a Non-Bank Lender providing a wide range of home loan options at the most competitive prices to support customers in achieving their financial dreams.
Having made our debut in the Australian mortgage market over 30 years ago, we’ve had the opportunity to help thousands secure the right loan to suit their unique circumstances. We take great pride in being able to help borrowers with a diverse range of needs.
Who owns Resi?
Resi is a subsidiary of the Yellow Brick Road group. Australian Credit Licence: 390669
Is Resi a Bank?
Resi is a licensed credit provider operating in Australia and classified as a non-bank. This means we don’t offer transaction accounts or credit cards. Our home loans are funded in a different way to the banks, which gives us flexibility to offer a wider range of home loan products to fit our customers’ needs.
Where is Resi based and does Resi have branches?
Resi is based in Sydney Australia. Given we are not a bank, we don’t have branches.
How is Resi funded and is it secure?
Resi is funded by various warehouse funding facilities. These warehouses are like a large overdraft that we negotiate with major banks. Once a loan with Resi settles, we draw out money to pay our customers and provide the loan for them.
