The Resi
Difference
About Resi
RESI has been providing customised loan solutions to under-served Australians since 1989. After thirty years and an ever-expanding base of happy mortgage customers, we’ve emerged as one of Australia’s most trusted and reliable non-bank lenders. How? Because we rely on human logic and relationships to ensure that you can access a loan solution that suits your individual circumstances.
Service. Solutions. Satisfaction…In that order
Borrowers come in all shapes and sizes, and that means the usual tick-the-box mentality of major lenders simply doesn’t fly any more. Being a trustworthy Non-Bank Alternative frees us up to focus on service and solutions that leave you satisfied.
Our mission is to make home ownership achievable for all Australians, but we knew this wouldn’t be possible without better understanding you and your journey.
We recognise that borrowers want two things on their home loan journey: simplicity and choice.
At Resi, we provide outside of the box solutions, fast turn around times and a genuine interest in your backstory, all of which enables us to provide you with genuine home loan options, instead of the dreaded ‘NO’.
