Effective 20 April 2023, we’re making some adjustments to our Alt Doc home loan interest rates.
· Owner Occupied P&I up to 60% LVR reduced by 0.10%
· Investment IO < 60% LVR reduced by 0.05%
· Owner Occupied IO rates increased by 0.05% for up to 60% LVR and 0.10% for higher LVR’s
NB: New rates are applicable to New Business Only and applications which have not been formally approved as at 20th April 2023
New Interest rates will be released on the 20th of April 2022 and be made available through the Resi Website.
